Returns & Exchanges

At Tactical Notebook Covers, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
